First, I think it’s an excellent value because you get some high-end features at a price that is more in the middle of the pack. I always appreciate extra bang for your buck, and I think you will too.
It’s constructed out of an advanced polycarbonate composite, which means you’ll get a lightweight feel without sacrificing any safety standards. The Dosta also has a very comfortable and sturdy fit without being too tight. This is great for long days on the trail.

An ABS shell on top of high-density EPS foam makes this a very safe helmet that meets both DOT and ECE certifications. It has a sleek look as well that a lot of riders will enjoy.
Fog is kept down by a Pinlock30 system that holds the visor securely in place with plenty of ventilation to let out extra heat.
You also get speaker pockets built into the liner, but if you want speakers or a communication system, that will cost you extra.
This option from ILM is a little tight, so you might want to consider going a size up to stay comfortable. Overall it is still a reliable and highly affordable choice.

Best Full Face Snowmobile Helmets: What to Look For
Take the following factors into consideration when shopping for a full face snowmobile helmet that best fits your needs.
Weight
Full face helmets are going to be heavier than open face options. Before you buy, check the weight of any helmet to make sure it will be comfortable enough to wear all day long.
Somewhere between 4-5 pounds is recommended. Any heavier than that and your neck might get sore.
Heated Capabilities
Full face helmets allow you the possibility of a heated visor. While this isn’t absolutely necessary, it’s a nice feature that can help keep fog and ice from building up while you ride.
Modular or Standard
A modular helmet is technically still a full face helmet. This will give you the ability to lift the chin bar for comfort or in case of an emergency. A standard full face helmet will have a chin bar that is not moveable.
